People. What concrete steps will you take as a member of the Party Executive to increase the inclusiveness of the Party and expand the diversity of its membership?

Increase Participation and Inclusion of women in the work of the Commission;
Encourage Political Representation and provide women candidates in the Party, effective support as they prepare to run for political office in the federal elections;
Create opportunities for women in the Party to share their policy perspectives on important Bills being debated in Parliament;
Encourage the Women's Club in building a web site to inform its members and answer their questions;
Listen to its members and address their concerns;

Policy. What specific actions, policies and initiatives will you undertake or advocate as part of a concerted effort to ensure that the Party presents a strategic and compelling platform to the Canadian electorate that responds to Canada's most pressing needs?

Ensure that party policies strike a necessary balance between economic growth, wealth creation, social justice and sustainable development;
Begin a reflection on the tax system;
Encourage policies aiming at a greater diversification of our exchanges;
Convince people whom a good environmental policy can not impede the economic growth, on the contrary!

Party. What tangible priority efforts will you launch to increase the participation of Party members in every level of the Party's decisions, operations and structures to increase accountability and the democratic link between the central Party and the riding organizations?

Strengthen Communications and Networking between the Women’s Commission and the other permanent Commissions of the Party;
Create of new women's Club through all the country;
Encourage women in participating to the creation process of the party policies and in defending their own convictions;
Increase Awareness on Social, Political, Economic and environment Issues.
