People. What concrete steps will you take as a member of the Party Executive to increase the inclusiveness of the Party and expand the diversity of its membership?

Continue to work on policy issues with the Multicultural Commission
Establish solid relationships with all Women’s Clubs
Engage in effective communication with women to become aware of their needs
Ongoing personal contact with ridings, clubs, and commissions

Policy. What specific actions, policies and initiatives will you undertake or advocate as part of a concerted effort to ensure that the Party presents a strategic and compelling platform to the Canadian electorate that responds to Canada's most pressing needs?

Advocate a democratic policy process to ensure involvement of grassroots members
Celebrate and the utilize the strengths of all Liberal members
Increase awareness of social, political and economic issues
Assure that members take informed positions on bills

Party. What tangible priority efforts will you launch to increase the participation of Party members in every level of the Party's decisions, operations and structures to increase accountability and the democratic link between the central Party and the riding organizations?

Encourage members to engage in dialogue with their respective representatives
Advocate active participation in various Commissions of the Party
Invite members to voice their views on a regular basis in creation of new policies
Further discussions with Women’s Clubs and create link with other provinces
